I signed up for your service on April 10th and purchased a home in St. Louis County on April the 14th. The purchase price was $147,500 and assessed value is $280,000. I have some experience with researching homes coming up for foreclosure and I MAY have found this home, researched it, and completed the purchase without your site IF I would have come across it. Doing all of your own research takes a lot of time and you can cover many more properties per hour spent by using your site. This added efficiency GREATLY increases your chance of success.
